First clue, not R O L A l D S. The children of Israel, in the time of the judges, usually had to go through a lot of pain before they finally realized that what they were doing was not working. They would go through prosperity and a good relationship with God while the Judge was alive. As soon as the Judge died, they began their decline until ‘everyone did what was right in his own eyes.' God gave them over to their enemies and they were put under harsh subjection. After a time, they woke up and began to call upon God. Then God came to their rescue and raised up a Judge to lead them out of bondage. intelligent people are coming to the conclusion that this is what is happening in our country, but have we figured it Out that this is also what is happening in our church. When times get tough, part time Christians are not going to stand. Some are crying out to God as individuals, and as individuals they will stand. It's time that we started crying out to God as the local Body of Christ. A one-shot time on Sunday will not give us what we need. We need as much time as we can get for worship, teaching, and encouragement. We also need to spend time together "on our faces" before the Lord. Fasting would not be out of order. Let's use our Sunday evenings for this purpose See you at 7:00 PM!
